What are your store hours?

We are open Monday to Sunday from 12pm to 9pm


Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer free next day delivery to various Brooklyn neighborhoods. We require a minimum purchase of $50 for deliveries within Bed stuy (delivery Fee $ 6.00 / free delivery for purchase of $ 150 or more) or a 12 bottles minimum for surrounding neighborhoods Bushwick, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Crown Heights and Williamsburg. For larger orders refer to our corporate orders. Next Day deliveries are usually made between 5pm - 7 pm, please meet delivery person outside / downstairs, please understand due to covid-19 we can not have delivery personnel come up to apartments located in apartment buildings.


What are your store discounts?

We offer a 10% discount on your in store purchase of a of case of wine.  You can mix and match any 750 ml sized bottles of wine to count towards the discount.  On sale items can count towards reaching the 10% discount, but will not be further discounted in price.


Do you allow dogs in the store?

We sure do! We are a very dog friendly store and always have a treat ready or water


How do I sign-up for the Loyalty Program?

The loyalty program is for in-store purchases only. Just come in and shop and ask for a reward card at check out. And you can start earning points immediately.


How do I redeem my Loyalty Reward Stamps?

You earn 1 stamp point for every purchase of a bottle of $ 10 or more.  Once you have 12 stamps, you can choose a bottle from our "House Selection Table wines" and only pay $ 1.00  (cash only) unless you add on to another purchase.

Our minimum credit card purchase is $ 10


Gift Certificates

Our online gift certificates are currently only valid for use in our online store. If you like to use the gift certificate at our store location please email us.


I had this great wine while traveling in France, do you have it or can you get it?

We work very closely with wine importers and distributors to find the best wines and great prices.  We are more than happy to search and track down a wine for you.  For special orders we require case purchases.


Do you allow returns/exchanges of corked bottles?

If your purchase is "corked", you must return it with the receipt of purchase within 2 business days and we will gladly exchange your bottle for a new wine.  Re-cork the bottle immediately. One of our wine experts will need to verify that it is indeed "corked" or otherwise gone bad for you to receive a refund or exchange.  We cannot give refunds or exchanges on empty bottles


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders will result in a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to return all or part of your order, give us a call at (718) 387-1526 or email vindetablebrooklyn@gmail.com


If I place an order today, when will it ship / be ready for pick up?

Orders placed by 3 PM Eastern time will normally ship or be ready for pickup within two business days, providing all items are in stock. All orders that are placed are also put together in the order they were received, to ensure that each customer gets the requested wine in proper order. You will be notified by email that your order is ready to be picked up or if it has shipped.

Same Day Delivery available  within Bed Stuy made before 6 PM of minimum $ 45.00 (choose STORE PICK UP OPTION when ordering online and leave us a note that you like it Delivered.


What happens if no one is available to sign for my delivery?

There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. At this point you can contact the shipper to make alternative shipping arrangements after the first attempt is made. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will return to sender, and we must recharge shipping in order for the package(s) to be re-sent.


Do you ship to a business address and / or a Po. Box?

Yes, we do ship to business addresses, which is advised if no one is at your home address to sign for the delivery. You must be sure to include the business/company name, as well as a suite of floor number in the ship-to information to ensure that the package(s) are routed properly. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.


Do you ship International

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.


What is required to pick up an order, and can I send someone else to pick up my order?

You will need at least one form of valid identification and the order confirmation number. If you are without those items, you may show the credit card that the order was billed to. You may have someone else pickup the order for you, but they will also need proper identification to show they are 21 years or olde and the order number as well.
